Invited to talk and play on Symbiosis, by the fabulous Simon Hampson!
Interview and live bridge electronica.

Broadcasting on Triple R, Independent Radio Melbourne102.7FM

Symbiosis is a journey through sound textures and rhythms. Artist mixes, interviews, links and features. What are you listening to?

It is a space for your to find noise in silence and silence in noise. A forum of contradictions and experiments with sound. You’ll find everything from house to idm to minimal tech to dubstep, chill out, ambient, field recordings, microsound, lowercase, and much more…

Symbiosis has been broadcasting in Australia since 1998, with a full time show on Triple R between 2002-2007. The years 2002-2005 were spent focusing mainly on experimental, ambient, field recordings and experimental dance music (Warp, Mille Plateaux etc). Then 2005-2007 saw the show expand and add more beats into the mix (Dubstep, Dub Techno and House).

In 2008 Symbiosis developed into an online mix series to meet demand from around the world – initially working with Christopher Willit’s (Ghostly International, 12k) Overlap.org for 2008 and 2009, then at Symbiosis.com.au from 2010.

Symbiosis Radio now features mixes, interviews and features.

Reconfigure your neural and aural pathways and expose yourself to unusual sounds from around the world!
